"Fixed faster than I expected"
I had an error on my file and thought it was going to take forever to sort out. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, where you get passed around or wait days for a real update, this was much smoother. The fix came through quickly and I didn’t have to keep chasing them. Definitely a relief

I’ve never had any trouble logging in, which is kind of refreshing considering how often that seems to be an issue elsewhere. It just works for me, so I guess that’s nice.

I tried using it just now it left a bad impression. It took forever to get access, and the login kept sending me in circles instead of actually letting me in. Maybe it’s not always like this, but based on my latest experience, it was frustrating.

I used equifax.com to deal with an issue on my report, and to be fair, it did eventually get sorted. It just took longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t exactly fast either. What annoyed me most were the constant reminders — they felt aggressive, especially when I was already waiting on them to move things along. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not quick or smooth. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably fine.

I signed up mostly so I could keep an eye on my credit file and get alerts if anything changed. So far, it’s been useful and I think the subscription is fair value, especially compared to the stress of finding out about an issue too late. The site isn’t perfect and can feel a little clunky at times, so it took me a bit to figure out where everything was. But overall, it does what I need it to do and I’m happy with it.

I’ve noticed a bit of a pattern with the Equifax alerts: they’re helpful most of the time, especially for bigger updates, but smaller changes can slip through or show up later than I’d expect. It’s not bad by any means, and I do like having the extra heads-up, but I wouldn’t rely on it as my only way to keep track of things. Handy tool, just not perfectly consistent.

I’ve been using equifax.com.au for a while now, and the billing has been mostly fine. The charges have lined up with what I expected, and I haven’t noticed any random extras popping up on my card. There was one invoice that took longer than it should have to appear in my account, which was annoying and felt preventable, but apart from that it’s been accurate and easy enough to check.

I asked for a refund after realising I’d picked the wrong report. I’d assumed it was going to turn into one of those back-and-forth things, because that’s usually how these situations seem to go, but it was actually straightforward. Equifax got back to me, and the money came through not long after. No chasing, no odd excuses, so I’m happy with how it was handled.
